So. I haven't been here in WAY too long.

I usually don't like to write word in all CAPITALS but I thought I would because. Hell why not?

So I've decided to come back here and see what responses I get with my new stuff...I'm not going to be touching or retouching any of the photos I post from now on, and if they suck.. well I guess I'll just have to work on improving my technique until they don't.

I'm not Listening to anything except the sound this old keyboard is making as I type.

My mood is Resolute

It's time to move forward, and what better time to start but right now? I can think of none.

I recently entered myself into a photography contest at Photo Laureates and was picked "out of hundreds". Exciting! Damn right it is!

BUT. The reason I have quoted "out of hundreds" is because I'm not sure how legit and actually competitive and serious this thing is.

Does anybody have their two cents to put in?? I'd love to hear your thoughts.

Anyways, so they're asking me if I want to buy a copy of my print, a plaque, my bio, and a published version of "BEST OF 2008 PHOTOGRAPHY ANTHOLOGY". And it adds up to around 200 something dollars.. So I am not sure what to do.

Hope the rest of you are having fun, being productive, and getting recognized!! And if you aren't Try new things! You never know.
